Terms and Conditions – q666 Pakistan Gaming Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of q666, the online gaming platform operated at q666.wine ("the Platform", "we", "us", "q666"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use q666. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. 2. Eligibility

If we have reason to believe that a player is under 18, that account will be suspended immediately pending age verification. Any winnings accumulated during that period will be withheld until identity and age are confirmed.

q666 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, not only at registration. Accepted documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence issued by the Government of Pakistan.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

q666 is designed for and marketed to players in Pakistan. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Platform is lawful in your location at the time of use. q666 accepts no liability for players who access the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming may be restricted.

2.3 Personal Capacity

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one account on q666. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is a violation of these Terms. q666 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, q666 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your q666 account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities where fraud is suspected.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your q666 account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. q666 will never ask you for your password via email, phone, or any other channel. 3.4 Verification (KYC)

q666 may at any time request identity verification documents in line with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements. These requirements may be triggered by withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, suspicious activity patterns, or random compliance checks. Withdrawal of funds will be paused until verification is completed. Documents submitted are handled in accordance with q666's Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

q666 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). q666 does not accept payments in any foreign currency.

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited to q666 are from legitimate sources and belong to you personally. Deposits made using payment methods registered in another person's name will be flagged and may result in account suspension. q666 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically feasible. q666 reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals are processed only once active bonus wagering requirements have been met. Any withdrawal request made while an active bonus is pending wagering completion will result in the bonus balance being forfeited, not the real-money balance.

4.4 Failed Transactions

In the event of a failed deposit or withdrawal, the funds are returned to the originating account. Processing delays caused by third-party payment providers are outside q666's control. 5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on q666 are subject to these Terms and any specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable rules. The minimum bet across most markets on q666 is Rs 50. Maximum bet limits vary by game, market, and player tier and are displayed in the relevant game or sportsbook interface before bet confirmation.

5.2 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event as determined by the governing body or official data provider used by q666. For cricket, the result declared by the match referee and reported by the official cricket board is binding. In cases where an event is abandoned, void, or otherwise does not produce a qualifying result under the applicable market rules, bets are settled as void and stakes returned to the player's q666 wallet.

5.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on q666 subject to availability. q666 reserves the right to suspend or close any in-play market at any time without notice for operational reasons including but not limited to data feed issues, event delays, or suspicion of irregular betting patterns. Any bet accepted before an in-play market suspension is valid and will be settled normally unless otherwise stated.

5.4 Crash Games & Provably Fair

All crash game outcomes on q666 — including Aviator, JetX, Spaceman, Mines, and Dice — are determined by a provably fair cryptographic seed system. The crash point for each round is determined before any bets are placed, and the seed data is published for independent verification after each round. Dispute of a crash game result must be raised within 48 hours of the round in question by contacting support with the relevant round ID.

5.5 Voided Bets

q666 reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price, where a technical error produced a price that does not reflect the intended market, or where a bet was placed using exploitable technical vulnerabilities. In such cases the stake is returned to the player's wallet and no profit or loss is recorded.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered on q666 are subject to specific terms which are published on the relevant promotion page. By claiming any bonus, you agree to those specific terms as well as these general Terms. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms apply to that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all deposit match bonuses and free bet credits awarded on q666 carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus amount or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20× means a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal). Qualifying bets are those placed on eligible games and markets at minimum odds specified in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

q666 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. 6.4 VIP Club & Cashback

The q666 VIP Club loyalty programme operates on a tier-based system with benefits including weekly cashback, enhanced bet limits, and priority support. VIP points are earned on qualifying wagers. Points accumulation rates and tier benefits are published on the VIP Club page and may be updated from time to time. Cashback awarded through the VIP programme is credited as real money with no wagering requirement unless specifically stated otherwise.

6.5 Referral Bonuses

The Refer a Friend programme on q666 pays a PKR bonus when you refer a new player who completes a qualifying first deposit. Both the referrer and the referred player must meet all eligibility conditions stated on the Refer a Friend page. Self-referral — creating a secondary account to receive a referral bonus — is a prohibited activity under Section 7 of these Terms and will result in both accounts being closed.

7. Prohibited Activities

11. Limitation of Liability

q666 provides the Platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that q666 will be free from technical errors, downtime, or data loss. To the maximum extent permitted by law, q666's liability for any losses arising from use of the Platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your q666 account at the time of the relevant incident.

q666 accepts no liability for losses arising from: events outside our reasonable control (force majeure), third-party payment provider delays or failures, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or decisions made by the player during betting sessions on q666.

12. Account Closure

12.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your q666 account at any time by contacting support@q666.wine. Before closure, any remaining real-money balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method provided all verification requirements are met. Active bonuses are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.2 Closure by q666

q666 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that violates these Terms, engages in prohibited activities, fails to complete verification within required timeframes, or poses a risk to other players or the integrity of the Platform. Where an account is closed by q666 for a verified Terms violation, any balance may be permanently withheld.

12.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months without any login activity on q666. q666 will notify you via the registered mobile number or email address before applying a dormancy administration fee of Rs 200 per month to the account balance. You can reactivate a dormant account at any time by logging in. Accounts with a zero balance after dormancy fees are applied will be closed.

13. Amendments to These Terms

q666 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the mobile number or email address on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. The updated Terms will be published at q666.wine/terms-conditions with a revised effective date.

If you do not agree with updated Terms, you must stop using q666 and contact support to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance and account closure. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of q666 that cannot be resolved through q666's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts. q666 will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes informally before any formal legal process is initiated.

For sports betting disputes specifically, q666's decision on settlement matters is final where the settlement is made in accordance with the published market rules and confirmed by the official event result. Players wishing to dispute a settlement must do so within 48 hours of the settlement date by contacting q666 support with full details of the disputed bet.
